These Terms govern access to the Endogenius™ public website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Content on this site (including research illustrations, performance charts, product descriptions, and videos) is for general information and partner discussion. It is not medical advice, investment advice, a public offer of securities, or a substitute for professional judgement. Clinical, trading, security, or autonomy decisions remain yours (or your regulated counterparties’).
3. Research and performance materials
Backtests, simulated results, and wealth curves may use historical data and modelling assumptions. Past or hypothetical performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Figures may exclude fees, taxes, slippage, or capacity constraints unless stated.
4. Intellectual property
Endogenius™ branding, site design, text we author, and original media are owned by us or our licensors. You may view pages for personal or internal evaluation. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or reuse our materials for a competing product without written permission.
Third-party images (for example Wikimedia Commons photographs) remain under their stated licences; credits appear next to those assets.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- attempt to disrupt or probe the site beyond ordinary browsing;
- use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content;
- misrepresent an affiliation with Endogenius™.

Links to external sites or mentions of partners are for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endogenius™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence. Courts of Belgium have jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory rights.
