    Founder. Sets product direction, technology path, and partner strategy. Education includes HEC, Stanford executive programs, and INSEAD. Career spans automation, electricity (LV, MV, and HV), nuclear, AI, and cybersecurity — recognised as an international expert in OT cybersecurity, with transport and energy clients and speaking roles (including UITP). Author of What’s on their mind? (2018) — the book at the origin of Endogenius™ — The Advent of Unmanned Electric Vehicles (2016), and ChatGPT n’est pas encore intelligent (2024) (sergevanthemsche.com).

    Part-time advisor (about 30–40%) playing the temporary COO role. Commercial operations and strategic partnerships. Former CEO of Pandrol (€450M, ~1,700 people) and of Megalim Solar Power ($750M solar-thermal BOT); earlier President of Systems at Bombardier Transportation and Group SVP Strategy at Alstom. More than thirty years leading rail, energy, and infrastructure mega-projects across Europe, Israel, and global markets.

Partner and Head of the Vienna office at Orion Management; previously Managing Director and CFO of OAS Energy GmbH (Austria); earlier Big 4 consulting (Arthur Andersen, Deloitte). More than twenty years in finance and management, with project and operations oversight across 25+ countries in Latin America, Africa, and Europe (LinkedIn).
